Any changes to the original estimate will be communicated and approved by you before additional work is performed. Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

4. Payment Terms

• Final payment is due upon completion of work
• We accept cash, check, credit card, and financing (where available)

5. Warranties

Renovate Services Co. provides warranties on our workmanship as specified in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and subject to the manufacturer's terms.

Our workmanship warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Issues arising from pre-existing conditions not addressed in our scope of work
• Cosmetic issues that do not affect performance

6. Insurance Claims

When we assist with insurance claims, we work with your insurance company to document damage and provide necessary information. However:

• We do not guarantee insurance approval or coverage amounts
• You are responsible for understanding your policy coverage
• You remain responsible for any deductibles or uncovered amounts
• Final payment is due regardless of insurance decisions

7. Scheduling and Access

By scheduling services, you agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area
• Remove or protect personal property in and around the work area
• Inform us of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hazards
• Be available or designate someone to approve completed work

Weather conditions may affect scheduling. We will communicate any delays and reschedule as soon as possible.
